摘要
目的:对比常规与整体护理程序应用于肱骨骨折患者后的疗效,探讨临床采用整体护理程序的优势。方法将我院收治的128例患者依据护理手段差异予以分组,其中对照组63例给予常规护理,观察组65例在此基础上应用整体护理程序,对比两组术后疗效。结果两组肩关节功能优良率分别为96.96%、84.13%,观察组效果明显较佳(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率以14.29%明显高于观察组3.08%(P<0.05)。结论将整体护理程序应用于对肱骨骨折患者的护理,可有效降低并发症发生率与缩短病症恢复时间,该法值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective:In contrast to conventional and holistic nursing procedure was applied to the patients with fracture of humerus,to explore the clinical use of holistic nursing program advantages.Methods:128cases of our hospital patients according to dif erent means to care group,63 patients in control group received routine nursing,holistic nursing program observation group of 65 cases on the basis of this,the results of the two groups after operation.Results:The excellent and good rate of two groups of shoulder joint function were 96.96%,84.13%,the observation group was obviously bet er than the control group(P<0.05);complication rate in 14.29%was significantly higher than that of the observation group of 3.08%(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of systematic nursing in the nursing of patients with fracture of humerus,which can ef ectively reduce the incidence of complication and shorten the il ness recovery time,this method is worthy of further clinical application.
