摘要
我们以1例患者肝移植术后出现脾动脉盗血综合征,经采用股动脉穿刺行胃十二指肠动脉,脾动脉弹簧圈栓塞术。我们对患者进行针对性的护理及密切的重点观察,探讨其主要并发症的主要护理要点。通过有效的护理治疗,能及时的防止并发症的发生,同时能辅助临床医师做出合理的判断及治疗。周密细致的护理对降低和减轻介入术后并发症的发生具有重要的作用。
1 patients after liver transplantation and occurrence of splenic artery steal syndrome after femoral artery puncture,the gastroduodenal artery,splenic artery coil embolization.We performed on patients for nursing care and close key observation,and discuss its main complications are the main points of nursing care.We through ef ective nursing treatment,in time to prevent complications,and can assist the clinician to make a rational judgment and treatment.Careful nursing intervention to reduce and al eviate postoperative complications has an important role.
