摘要
目的:回顾分析外照射放疗对中晚期癌症骨转移患者的姑息性镇痛治疗效果,旨在提高患者的生存质量,延长生存期。方法采用6MV-X射线外照射,总剂量30~60Gy。结果总有效率92.3%(39/43),生存质量改善明显。结论外照射放疗对骨转移癌的疼痛控制效果好,适应症广泛,标本兼治,无严重不良反应,可作为癌性疼痛的首选镇痛方法。
Objective Retrospective analysis of external beam radiotherapy for bone metastases in patients with advanced cancer pain and pal iative treatment aimed at improving the quality of life of patients and prolong survival.Methods 6MV-X-ray external irradiation,total dose 30-60Gy.Results The total ef ective rate 92.3%(39/43),quality of life significantaly.Conclusion external beam radiotherapy for bone metastasis pain control ef ect is goog,broad indication tackling the problem,no serious adverse reactions,can be used as first choice for cancer pain analgesia.
