摘要
目的:探讨外伤后生育能力丧失或下降与外伤之间的关系以及法医学鉴定要点。方法对2005年1月~2012年12月受理的24例男性外伤后出现生育能力丧失或下降的案例进行回顾性分析,所有伤者均进行体表检查、询问生育史、性生活史及受伤过程、审查病历及告知伤者进行相关的专科检查,分析生育能力丧失或下降的原因。结果重伤4例(16.7%);轻伤15例(62.5%);轻微伤3例(12.5%);未见外伤2例(8.3%)。结论只有存在生殖系统的器质性损伤,才能确定外伤后生育能力丧失或下降与外伤有直接关系;部分伤者虽然出现精子活动率低下或死精等情况,但未检见造成上述结果的器质性原因,故认定上述情况为自身原因引起。
Objective To explore the relationship between post-traumatic potentia generandi loss and the trauma and forensic investigation point.Method Twenty-four cases of potentia generandi loss col ected from January 2005 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Al the injured were carried out for exterior examination,childbearing history and sexual life inquisition,injured course inquiry.We examined the case histories,tel the patients to accept special medical examinations and analyzed the cause of potentia generandi loss.Results Forensic investigation results included serious injury of 4 cases(16.7%),moderate injury of 15 cases(62.5%),minor injury of 3 cases(12.5%),and non-trauma of 2 cases(8.3%).Conclusion Post-traumatic potentia generandi loss was related with the trauma,when organic injuries of genital system were found.If the injured with asthenospermia or necrospermia was not found organic injuries,the injuries was related with self-reasons.
