摘要
目的希望探索出一种有效评价医院健康教育讲座效果的方法。方法采用PDCA的管理工具运用于医院健康教育讲座效果的评价,通过建立项目管理小组、制定计划、现状分析、设定目标、制定实施方案、效果评价,再进入下一个PDCA循环。结果患者对健康讲座的满意度、患者接受健康教育知识的掌握情况均有提高,对授课师资、对健康教育工作人员的评价更为全面。结论通过不断往复的PDCA循环,持续的改进健康教育工作。
Objective To find out an ef ective method to evaluate the ef ect of the hostipal health education.Methods Use PDCA,the management tools,to evaluate the ef ect of the hospital health education,through establishing the project management team,drawing up plans,analysing current situations,set ing goals,making implementation plans,evaluating ef ect,and entering the next PDCA cycle.Results Both the satisfaction of the patients for health education has incrased and the patients'acceptance of the knowledge about the health education has improved,besides,patients evaluate the faculty and of the teaching staff of the health education more comprehensive.Conclusion The health education work has been improved continuously by using PDCA cycle repeatedly.
