摘要
颞叶癫痫是最常见的难治性复杂部分性癫痫,是癫痫手术治疗的主要对象。本文基于国内外颞叶癫痫外科发展的现状,综合评述了颞叶癫痫的诊断、临床特征、手术指征、术前定位手段及常用手术方法,分析了目前癫痫外科发展所存在的问题,及对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
Patients with temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE)are refractory to antiepileptic drugs in most cases.Surgical treatment has been shown to be benecial for the selected TLE patients.Based on the current situation of the development of temporal lobe epilepsy surgery at home and abroad,a comprehensive review is given on the diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy,clinical features,surgical indications,preoperative localization methods and the commonly used surgical methods,analyzing of the current existing problems and the development of epilepsy surgery in the future was discussed.
