摘要
目的通过电话回访对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行健康教育,以提高患者遵医行为。方法回顾性分析了我院2012年1月~2013年7月对36例COPD患者进行电话回访式健康教育的护理体会。结果36例患者遵医行为明显提高。结论电话回访式健康教育能增强患者遵医行为,预防并发症,减少再次入院次数,提高生活质量起到促进作用。
Objective Through telephone fol ow-up on health education for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remission,in order to improve thecompliance of patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2012January^2013 July 36 cases of COPD patients nursing experience of telephonevisit health education.Results 36 patients significantly enhance treatment compliance.Conclusion Telephone visit health education can enhance thecompliance behavior of patients,prevention of complications,reduce the number of readmissions,improve the quality of life plays a promoting role.
