摘要
1H-MRS(氢质子磁共振波谱)是一种无损伤性研究人体正常或病理组织代谢、生化改变及化合物定量分析的方法,其特异性较强,在脑肿瘤,尤其是脑胶质瘤中的应用越来越广泛。现就1H-MRS的技术原理及其在胶质瘤的诊断、分级、评估预后及疗效观察等方面的应用进行综述,归纳出1H-MRS在胶质瘤中的应用价值。
Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS)is a non-invasive study of human normal or pathological tissue metabolism,biochemical changes and compounds quantitative analysis method,and its specificity is strong,especial y in glioma brain tumors is widely applied.And provide useful image information for evaluating biologic classification of glioma and regulating reasonable treatment principles.Hereby 1H-MRS technology and its application in diagnosis,glioma grading,prognostic and therapeutic and other applications were reviewed,summarized 1H-MRS in glioma application value.
