摘要
目的:研究AEC0PD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者最及时有效的呼吸干预措施。方法将112例患者随机分成对照组56例、实施传统的呼吸干预方法,实验组56例、实施优化调整后的呼吸干预措施。结果比较两组患者血气分析指标、症状改善时段和入住ICU时间,实验组明显优于对照组。结论综合患者病情及血气分析结果,及时建立人工气道并适时调整氧气疗法的呼吸干预措施,是临床成功治疗AEC0PD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的关键。
Objective Research on AEC0PD with type II respiratory failure patients with the most timely and ef ective respiratory intervention therapy.Methods 112patients were randomly divided into the control group 56 cases,conventional respiratory intervention,the experimental group 56 cases,the implementation of respiratory interventions after optimization and adjustment.Results Compared two groups of patients with blood gas analysis、Symptom improvement time and ICU stay time,The experimental group was bet er than the control group.Conclusion The specification of respiratory intervention was one of the keys to treat AEC0PD patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure successful y.
