摘要
目的探讨超声心动图诊断胎儿法洛四联症的临床价值及技巧。方法回顾性分析本院19例经产后超声心动图诊断或引产后尸解确诊为胎儿法洛四联症的超声声像图特征特点,总结其声像图特征及常规实用切面。结果19例病例胎儿中,超声心动图诊断为法洛四联症18例,漏诊1例,产前超声诊断确诊率为94.74%。漏诊1例为非重型法洛四联症。左右室流出道、主动脉根部及三血管切面是法洛四联症是出现异常最多的切面。结论超声心动图检查诊断胎儿法洛四联症有较高的确诊率,仔细扫查左右室流出道、主动脉根部及三血管切面,对临床本病的诊断具有重要的价值。
Objective To explore the the value and skills of echocardiography in the diagnosis of tetralogy of Fal ot.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 19 cases of postpartum sonographic features by echocardiography or autopsy after induction diagnosed fetal tetralogy of Fallot,summarizes their regular practical aspect.Results In 19 cases of fetuses,18 cases were diagnosed with prenatal ultrasound tetralogy of Fal ot,one case of misdiagnosis,echocardiographic diagnosis was 94.74%.Missed one case of a non-severe tetralogy of Fal ot.Left ventricular outflow tract,aortic root and three-vessel section is tetralogy of Fal ot is the most unusual aspect.Conclusion Echocardiography has a higher rate of diagnosis in the diagnosis of tetralogy of Fal ot,careful y scanning around ventricular outflow tract,aortic root and three-vessel section,the diagnosis of this disease has an important value.
