摘要
目的分析我院2012年3月~8月82例药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,进而指导我院规范合理用药。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对我院82例不良反应(ADR)统计分析。结果82例ADR报告中,男女所占的比例接近;56~65岁以上老人居多;静脉滴注59例,占总例数的72.00%;抗感染药物中头孢菌数类居首位(39例),占总例数47.56%。结论加强我院药物不良反应的监测,重视抗菌药物的使用,配合临床安全用药,保证患者用药的合理性。
