摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠的诊治。方法选择180例异位妊娠根据病变情况及患者是否要求保留生育方面的能力,分别使用不同的治疗方式。结果所有患者中有3例行期待疗法成功,12例行药物保守治疗成功的患者10例,另外2例换为手术治疗,宫颈妊娠的患者有1例采用刮宫手术,手术治疗的患者中有19例为开腹手,145例行腹腔镜手术。结论腹腔镜下对异位妊娠的患者行手术治疗具有切口美观、成功率高、恢复快、并发症少、能够保留生育能力等特点,值得在临床上进一步的开展使用。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 180 cases of ectopic pregnancy,according to whether the requirements of the lesions and the patient's ability to retain fertility,respectively,using dif erent treatment modalities.Results Al patients had three routine expectant treatment success,10 patients 12 cases conservative treatment success,and the other two cases converted to surgery,the patient had one case of cervical pregnancy using curettage surgery,surgical treatment of patients with 19 cases of open hand,145 underwent laparoscopic surgery.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgical treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy incision beautiful,high success rate,faster recovery,fewer complications,can preserve fertility and other characteristics,it is further carried out in clinical use.
