凝血酶与脑出血后BBB的通透性和脑水肿的相关性及微创术的影响

摘要 目的探究凝血酶与脑出血后BBB的通透性和脑水肿的相关性及微创术的影响。方法回顾性分析了120例脑出血患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法的不同分为:脑出血患者常规治疗组和微创治疗组,每组各60例。分析比较两组患者的凝血酶浓度,脑水肿情况,BBB指数。结果微创治疗组的治疗效果较常规治疗效果好,不良的继发反应少,尤其在改善脑出血后期的脑水肿形成及BBB通透性中差异明显(<0.05)。结论微创术治疗脑出血的效果佳,创伤小,具有广泛的临床应用价值。
