摘要
单肾合并输尿管上段结石,若结石长期阻塞或合并感染,可致肾重度积水;肾后性肾衰。患者肾区疼痛不明显,极易造成误诊,尽早解除梗阻是治疗的主要原则,最大限度的保护和恢复肾功能,若能及时解除梗阻则患者肾功能恢复很快,反之若治疗不及时则可能对患者生命安全造成威胁。对于这类病症治疗的方式主要以手术治疗为主,需重视手术指征的选择和严重感染的预防控制,在操作上做到轻柔、熟练、技术细节完善,达到安全、高效、微创、经济。单肾并输尿管结石梗阻,治疗原则预防肾后性肾衰,重在早期诊断,及时解除梗阻,效果一般较好。
