摘要
目的:探讨血清心肌酶谱检测在病毒性小儿肺炎诊断、治疗及预后中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年01月~2013年09月我院收治的146例病毒性肺炎患儿(观察组)血清心肌酶谱检测结果,并与同期56健康体检小儿(对照组)血清心肌酶谱检测结果作对比分析。结果观察组心肌酶谱活性4项指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论病毒性小儿肺炎患者常规检测心肌酶谱对患儿心肌损伤的早期诊断,及时治疗,预防心衰有重要床意义。
Objective To investigate the serum myocardial enzyme detection of viral pneumonia in children in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of application value.Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2012-2013 in September in our hospital 146 cases of viral pneumonia in children(observation group)test results of serum myocardial enzymes and compared with 56 healthy children(control group)serum enzyme spectral analysis of test results for comparison.Results The four indicators of myocardial enzyme activity were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with viral pneumonia in children for routine detection of myocardial enzymes of myocardial injury in children with early diagnosis and timely treatment,prevention of heart failure has important significance bed.
