摘要
目的就美托洛尔、参麦注射液联合在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的作用进行探析。方法择取我科室在近期内收治的77例慢性心力衰竭患者,将其中单一实施美托洛尔进行治疗的38例患者记为单一组,将增加实施参麦注射液治疗的39例患者记为联合组,比对两组患者治疗后的心功能改善情况及有效率。结果在疗效方面,联合组患者明显优于单一组(P<0.05);在左心室射血分数的改变情况上,单一组与联合组患者均有明显的改善,但组间比对,联合组的改善较佳(P<0.05)。结论采取美托洛尔、参麦注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者实施联合治疗后的效果是十分理想的,此法应在各医院开展实施。
Objective Shenmai injection combined with metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure ef ect analysis.Methods 77 cases of patients with chronic heart failure in our department were selected in the near future,the single effect of metoprolol for treatment of 38 patients were recorded as a single group,will increase the implementation of Shenmai injection in treatment of 39 patients were recorded as United Group,heart function than the patients in the two groups after treatment and improve ef iciency.Results In terms of ef icacy,patients in the combination group was obviously bet er than that of single group(<0.05);the changes of left ventricular ejection fraction,improved significantly in the single group and the combined group of patients,but between group comparison,combined group improved bet er(<0.05).Conclusion Taking metoprolol,Shenmai injection treatment on patients with chronic heart failure after the ef ect is very ideal,it should be carried out in the hospital.
