摘要
目的讨论小儿过敏性紫癜的护理,为提高护理质量提供依据。方法我科于2011年10月~2014年1月共收治21例过敏性紫癜患儿,依据不同类型采取不同护理措施。结果15例治愈出院,5例好转出院,1例转上级医院进一步治疗。结论适当的护理措施可减轻患儿的痛苦,减少并发症的发生,促使过敏性紫癜患儿早日康复。
Objective To discuss the nursing of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura,provide basis for improving the quality of nursing.Methods From October to 2014 in our department in 2011 January were treated 21 cases of children allergic purpura,according to the dif erent types take dif erent nursing measures.Results 15 cases were cured,5 cases improved and discharged,1 cases to the hospital for further treatment.Conclusion The proper nursing measure can relieve pain,reduce complications,promote early rehabilitation of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura.
