摘要
目的:了解社区医院通过健康宣教方式对老年心理健康状况的影响与效果。方法选择2010年~2014年社区医院辖区270名老年人进行心理健康调查并落实心理健康宣教。结果患者接受心理健康宣教后的汉密尔顿评分和SF-36评分均有明显改善。结论社区医院健康宣教对于改进老年心理健康状况有一定积极影响,值得临床推广。
Objective To understand the community hospitals passed the health education effect on health status of elderly mental and ef ect.Methods From 2010 to 2014 period community hospital district 270 elderly people were investigation of mental health and the psychological health education.Results The patients received mental health education after Hamilton score and SF-36 score were significantly improved.Conclusion Community hospital health education have a positive impact on the health status of elderly mental,is worth the clinical promotion.
