摘要
目的带宫内节育器妊娠的临床分析及预防措施。方法2012年1月~2014年6月因带器妊娠来我站要求终止妊娠手术者共94例。结果94例带器妊娠对象全部取出IUD行人工流产术。结论宫内节育器位置异常及过期失效是使用宫内节育器妊娠的主要原因,应当采取相应的预防措施。
Objective Clinical analysis and preventive measures of pregnancy with iud.Methods From 2012 January-2014 year in June because of pregnancy with IUD to our station to terminate the pregnancy,there were 94 cases of operation.Results 94 cases of pregnancy with IUD objects out of al IUD in artificial abortion.Conclusion The abnormal intrauterine device position and expired is the main reason to use IUD pregnancy,should take corresponding prevention measures.
