摘要
随着我国医疗卫生改革的逐步深入,'生物-心理-社会'的医学模式逐渐成熟。要解决医疗服务领域中存在的社会问题,满足患者多层次的服务需求,仅靠医务工作者的努力是不够的,需要志愿者作为第三方来发挥其促进医患和谐的推动作用。文章主要从本院志愿者服务的实践,探讨如何进一步完善医院志愿者招募、绩效评估和激励机制。
With China's gradual deepening of the reform of health care,the medical model of'biological-psychological-social'is gradually mature.To solve the health care sector,the existing social problems,multi-level services to meet the needs of patients,health workers ef orts alone are not enough,so volunteer is needed as a third party to play his(her)role to promote the harmony between doctors and patients.This article mainly discusses the practice of hospital volunteer service to explore ways to further improve the hospital volunteer recruitment,performance evaluation and incentives.
