摘要
目的准确测定复方洗液中醋酸氯己定的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法测定复方洗液中醋酸氯己定含量。结果紫外紫外分光光度法与高效液相色谱法分别测量醋酸氯己定含量,测量结果基本一致,其RSD分别为院3.93%和0.53%。测定回收率分别为院91%~108%和98%。结论高效液相色谱法测定准确快速、精确度高,是测定复方洗液中醋酸氯己定含量的最佳选择方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate content in compound prescription lotion.Methods Chlorhexidine acetate was determinnation by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)and ultraviolet(UV)spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 254 nm.Results The content of chlorhexidine acetate is the same by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)and ultraviolet(UV)spectrophotometry and The RSD were 3.93﹪and 0.53﹪,respectively.The recoveries were 91%~108﹪and 98﹪,respectively.Conclusion High Performance Liquid Chromatography was simple,sensitive,accurate and available for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate content in compound prescription lotion.
