摘要
腰椎结核系肺外结核较常见的类型,进展快,破坏性强,若同时合并有强直性脊柱炎的患者容易背临床误诊、误治。造成患者的痛苦和残疾。我院误诊一名强直性脊柱炎并腰椎结核的患者,总结其临床经验,为临床正确诊治提供理论依据。
