摘要
目的比较牙周实验教学中应用不同材料制作的人工牙石进行洁治练习的教学效果。方法将110名学生作为研究对象,随机分为五组,实验组四组共80人,每组20人,对照组30人。在仿真牙列模型仿真牙牙颈部涂布各种水门汀材料,来模拟龈上牙石,进行龈上洁治术的讲授、示教和操作练习,各组学生进行洁治操作练习,然后比较各种牙石去除的难易程度,操作完成后考核,对各组学生考核成绩进行统计分析。结果磷酸锌水门汀组学生的平均分显著高于其他组学生的平均分,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论磷酸锌水门汀作为人工牙石,其硬度,与牙面的粘结性,以及洁治练习的难度均比较高,接近真实牙石,适合实验室使用。
Objective To evaluate the teaching ef ect of supragingival scaling with artificial calculus of dif erent materials in periodontal experimental teaching.Methods 110 students were randomly divided into five groups.80 students of test groups(each group had 20 students)used emulational dental model for supragingival scaling training,while 30 students of control group used traditional dental model.The supragingival calculus were simulated with al kinds of cement materials coated in tooth neck of the emulational dental model.Teachers demonstrated supragingival scaling to students firstly.Then the students were required to practice on real calculus and on the emulational dental model,respectively.Final y,the exam scores of al students were statistical y analyzed.Results The mean exam score of zinc phosphate cement group students were significantly higher than other groups students(<0.05).Conclusion As an artificial calculus which is more close to the real calculus,zinc phosphate cement has a perfect hardness and adhesive property to the tooth surface,and is more dif icult to be removed.It is suitable for periodontal laboratory teaching.
