摘要
目的总结我院1例急性心肌梗塞突发室颤的临床急救和护理。方法通过选择2014年6月5日我科抢救1例突发室颤的急性广泛前壁心肌梗死患者的资料分析。结果因救治及时,病情稳定,住院11d后出院。结论丰富临床经验、准确地判断病情,熟练地操作电除颤,迅速、准确应用急救药物,紧急PCI术是急救成功的关键。护士过硬心理素质、急救意识和急救技能是抢救成功的关键,本例患者抢救成功,不但反映我科医护人员的技术水平,也反映我院医疗护理质量。
Objective To summarize the clinical emergency treatment and nursing in our hospital 1 cases of acute myocardial infarction and sudden ventricular fibril ation.Methods By selecting the Division I in June 5,2014 to rescue 1 cases of sudden ventricular fibril ation acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction patient data analysis.Results Due to timely treatment,in stable condition in hospital,was discharged after 11 days.Conclusion The rich clinical experience,judgment condition accurately,proficient in the operation of electric defibril ation,rapid,accurate use of emergency medicine,emergency PCI operation is the key to the success of first aid.The nurse is excellent psychological quality,consciousness of emergency and first-aid skil s is the key to successful rescue,rescue the patients,not only reflects the technical level of medical staf in our department,also reflects the quality of medical care in our hospital.
