摘要
目的探讨人工流产及清宫术,上环术在超声下的应用体会。方法对238例患者在常规超声检查引导下行人工流产或清宫术。结果全部一次性清除干净,宫腔内显示细条状无回声或细线状回声为标准,均取得满意效果,未发现子宫穿孔或其他并发症,术后即刻观察宫腔内有无残留物。结论超声引导下实施宫腔操作使原来复杂、盲目、困难的宫腔手术变得简单、安全、可靠,减少术后近期并发症及再次清宫术。
Objective To investigate the induced abortion and curettage,operation experience on application in ultrasonic.Methods 176 patients wereguided abortion on conventional ultrasonography or curet age.Results Al thedisposable clean,intrauterine display fine shaped echo free or thread like echoas the standard,with satisfactory ef ect,no uterine perforation or othercomplications were found,immediately after observation of Intrauterine residue free.Conclusion Under the guidance of ultrasound in uterine cavity operationmakes the uterine cavity operation was complex,blind,dif icult to be simple,safe,reliable,reduce postoperative complications and re dilatation and curettage.
