摘要
目的探讨复发性肛瘘的诊疗对策。方法对40例复发性肛瘘患者分析病因及个体化治疗。结果34例一次手术痊愈;3例炎症性肠病患者,一期控制肠道炎症,肛周局部引流,二期手术痊愈;2例肺外结核患者行手术及抗结核治疗后痊愈;1例骶前囊肿外院不当手术后合并形成高位肛瘘患者,治疗后无效,行高位挂线引流保守治疗。结论复发性肛瘘病因复杂,临床完善的术前检查,合理的个性化治疗是保证诊治成功的关键。
Objective To study the recurrent anal fistula and treatment countermeasures.Methods 40 cases of patients with recurrent anal fistula analyze the etiology and individual treatment.Results 34 cases by surgery;3 cases of inflammatory bowel disease,a phase control intestinal inflammation and crissum local drainage,phase i by surgery;2 cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis patients after surgery and anti-tuberculosis treatment cured;1 case of sacral cyst outer court before joined to form a high anal fistula patients after the operation,improper treatment is invalid,hanging line drainage line high conservative treatment.Conclusion The recurrent cause complex anal fistula,clinical perfect preoperative examination,reasonable individualized treatment is the key to successful treatment.
