摘要
本文首先分析了图书管理人员的角色功能以及基本的素质要求,并在此基础之上,分析了当前我国图书管理人员的素质现状,并提出了加强图书管理人员素质培养的途径。
This paper first analyzes the library management personnel's role function and basic quality requirements,and on this basis,analysis of the current quality management of books in our country,and puts forward the ways to strengthen the training of the quality of librarians.
