摘要
目的分析美托洛尔缓释片与平片治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年2月收治的72例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据就诊单双号将其分为治疗组(双号)和对照组(单号)各36例。两组均给与感染控制、电解质与酸碱调节等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加以美托洛尔缓释片进行治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加以美托洛尔平片进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后心率、血压、超声心动指标的变化以及临床疗效。结果治疗组收缩压(113.6±6.5)mmHg、舒张压(69.6±4.4)mmHg、心率(71.9±5.1)、LVEDD(55.4±5.1)mm、LVESD(47.5±6.6)mm、LAD(40.5±5.1)mm明显低于对照组,LVEF(46.5±6.5)、有效率(91.67%)明显高于对照组(<0.05)。结论美托洛尔缓释片能有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者心率、血压及超声心动指标,临床疗效明显优于美托洛尔平片,值得推广应用。
Objective To analysed clinical ef icacy of metoprolol zyban with flat piece in treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 72 cases patients with chronic heart failure were divided into treatment group and control group.two groups were given routine treatment such as infection control,electrolyte and acid-base adjustment.treatment group add given metoprolol zyban,control group given metoprolol flat piece,heart rate,blood pressure,ultrasonic cardiac index,clinical ef icacy was compared.Results Treatment group systolic pressure(113.6+6.5)mmHg,diastolic pressure(69.6+4.4)mmHg,heart rate(71.9±5.1),LVEDD(55.4±5.1)mm,LVESD(47.5±6.6)mm,LAD(40.5±5.1)mm were significantly lower than control group(40.5+5.1)mm,LVEF(46.5+6.5),ef icient(91.67%)was significantly higher than control group(<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol zyban can ef ectively improve chronic heart failure patients with heart rate,blood pressure and ultrasonic cardiac index,clinical ef icacy is obviously bet er than metoprolol flat piece.
