摘要
为了方便前列腺癌患者随访,向在我科进行前列腺癌随访的患者发放《前列腺癌患者临床治疗随访手册》,随访手册包括患者的基本信息,诊断结果,治疗情况,疗效评价,并由专人负责肿瘤患者数据库的建立及随访患者的管理。就目前的随访结果而言,随访手册的确在督促患者随访,明确随访流程,简化随访程序,缩短门诊随访时间等方面起到了一定作用,提高了患者随访的积极性,值得在以后的前列腺癌随访中进行推广。
To elevate the ef icacy of fol ow-up for patients with prostate cancer,the manual of clinical fol ow-up for patients with prostate cancer was delivered to al these patients who receive fol ow-up in our department.This manual included basic information,diagnosis,treatment and evaluation items for each specific individual patient,and these data was handled and processed by a specific nurse who administrated the clinical tumor database.According to the latest results,the manual made a positive function in inspection of the fol ow-up,describing and simplifying the fol ow-up process,and shortening the fol ow-up time in the out-patient department.So it suggested that this manual should be popularized for the fol ow-up for patients with prostate cancer in the future.
