摘要
目的:探讨加味生化汤在药物流产后阴道流血治疗中的应用价值。方法将符合标准的260例患者随机分为观察组130例,对照组130例,观察组采用加味生化汤治疗,对照组采用口服益母草颗粒治疗。结果观察组治愈率82.43%,总有效率94.62%;对照组治愈率65.38%,总有效率87.69%,经统计学处理,<0.01,两组有显著性差异,观察组明显优于对照组,且无不良反应。结论加味生化汤治疗药物流产后阴道流血具有方便、安全、高效等优点,是值得推广的一种治疗方法。
Objective To study the biochemical soup flavored application value in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods Will conform to the standard of 260 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 130 examples,the control group,130 cases of patients using flavored biochemical decoction,the control group treated by oral y herba leonuri particle.Results Observation group cure rate 82.43%,total ef ective rate was 94.62%;The control group cure rate 65.38%,total ef ective rate87.69%,after statistics processing,<0.01,the two groups have significant dif erence,observation group was bet er than control group,and no adverse reactions.Conclusion Flavored soup of biochemical treatment of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion has the advantages of convenient,safe and ef icient,is a treatment method is worth extending.
