摘要
目的:探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法选取60例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组选择在常规治疗的基础上加以使用糖皮质激素而对照组采用常规用广谱抗生素方法。结果观察组患者中有效16例显效12例总有效率为93.3%对照组者中有效11例显效8例总有效率为63.3%。结论两种激素联合使用可以达到更好的治疗效果,对于临床治疗有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ects of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease asthma.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group chooses to use corticosteroids on the basis of conventional treatment while the control group using conventional methods using broad-spectrum antibiotics.Results The patients in 12 cases markedly ef ective in 16 cases the total ef ective rate was 93.3%in the control group were markedly ef ective in 11 cases in eight cases the total ef ective rate was 63.3%.Conclusion The combined use of the two hormones can achieve bet er therapeutic ef ect,for the clinical treatment has important significance.
