围绝经期指妇女绝经前后的一段时间,期间由于激素水平的波动可出现一系列生理和心理的异常,文章旨在通过对围绝经期妇女实施保健指导以改善围绝经期妇女的身心健康,提高妇女围绝经期的生活质量。
