摘要
目的:采用信息化及通信技术,建立紧急救。指挥中心。方法将计算机网络技术、卫星定位、地理信息系统、通信及对讲、网络医院实施院前急救等结合为整体运行模式。结果紧急救。指挥中心运行速度快,及时调度、处置、特别是对突发公共卫生事件的应急反应及预警起到积极的作用。结论现代信息化及通信技术提高了紧急救。指挥中心的应急反应及功能。
Objective The use of information and communication technology,the establishment of the emergency rescue command center.Methods The computer network technology,satel ite positioning,geographic information system,communication and dialogue,the implementation of pre hospital emergency network hospitals with operation mode.Results The speed of emergency rescue command center quickly,timely scheduling,disposal,especially the emergency response and early warning of emergent public health event to play an active role.Conclusion The modern information and communication technology to improve the emergency response and emergency rescue command center.
