摘要
科研管理人员对医院的科研方向引导、课题管理及成果转化有着重要作用。本文通过对医院科研管理人员存在的问题进行分析并提出了建议和对策,以提高医院科研管理人员的服务,提升医院的科研管理水平。
Scientific research management personnel to guide the direction of the hospital,project management,and plays an important role in the transformation.Based on the scientific management of the hospital staff to analyze the problems and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the scientific management of hospital services,to enhance the scientific management level of the hospital.
