摘要
我科在高值介入耗材信息化管理方面,通过采用全程敏捷供应链管理、随需应变服务、供应商零库存管理的三种管理模式,不但满足了手术患者、手术医生在术中的动态需求,而且有效地降低了高值介入耗材的使用成本,全面提高了医疗护理质量。
My department involves in the informationization management aspect of high-value interventional consumables,through uses the entire journey agile supply chain management,along with needs the strain service,the supplier zero-inventory management three kind of management pat ern,not only has satisfied the surgery patient,the surgery doctor's in technique dynamic demand,moreover reduced high-value interventional consumables to involve ef ectively the use cost,improved the medical care quality comprehensively.
