摘要
目的:探讨卡马西平所致不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对中国2001~2013年医药学术期刊报道的158例卡马西平不良反应的病例进行统计、分析。结果卡马西平所致的不良反应临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为皮肤及其附件损害(60.76%),中枢和外周神经系统损害(13.92%),血液系统损害(12.02%)等。结论临床应重视卡马西平的所致的不良反应,特别应警惕重型药疹、再生障碍性贫血、急性肾衰等的发生。
Objective To investigate the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by the carbamazepine,so as to provide a reference for clinical medication.Methods 158 adverse reactions of carbamazepine reported in medical and academic journals in China from 2001 to 2013 were undergone statistical analyses.Results Clinical manifestations of adverse reactions caused by the carbamazepine were complex and diverse.Mainly for the skin and its appendages damage(59.88%),central and peripheral nervous system damage(14.81%),and blood disorders(11.73%)etc.Conclusion Clinicians should pay at ention to the adverse reactions caused by the carbamazepine,especial y guard against the occurrence of serious drug-induced rash,aplastic anemia and acute renal failure.
