摘要
目的:对腰椎骨折围手术期的护理进行分析,探讨护理效果。方法对130例腰椎骨折患者实施术前心理护理、术前适应性锻炼、术后病情观察、饮食护理、并发症的预防、指导功能锻炼等多种护理措施。结果患者均骨性愈合出院,肢体功能恢复良好。结论腰椎骨折围手术期细致、周到地护理可有效减少患者的并发症,减轻患者痛苦,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To the perioperative nursing of lumbar fractures were analyzed to investigate the ef ect of nursing.Methods 130 cases of patients with lumbar fracture preoperative psychological nursing,preoperative adaptive training,postoperative observation and nursing,complication prevention,diet guiding function exercise and other care measures.Results The patients were healed and discharged,the limb function recovered wel.Conclusion Lumbar fractures perioperative careful and considerate care can reduce complications,reduce patient pain,promote early rehabilitation of patients.
