摘要
目的:对肾病综合征患者血清免疫球蛋白及补体检测的临床意义进行研究分析。方法随机选取我院接受诊治的50例肾病综合征患者和于我院进行健康体检的50例健康人员,分成观察组(肾病综合征病患组)和对照组(健康对照组),对两组血清免疫球蛋白、补体进行检测,并对检测结果进行评价对比。结果观察组IgG(4.91±1.98)g/L、IgM(2.03±0.41)g/L、IgA(1.77±0.69)g/L相比于对照组(13.66±2.12)g/L、(1.47±0.13)g/L、(2.60±0.63)g/L,数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组C4(0.26±0.05)g/L相比于对照组(0.31±0.07)g/L,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组C3(0.95±0.33)g/L相比于对照组(1.25±0.34)g/L明显更低,数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾病综合征患者与患者机体一部分血清免疫球蛋白、补体水平重要相关,临床血清免疫球蛋白及补体检测对肾病综合征筛查有着十分重要的临床意义。
Objective The clinical significance of detection of nephropathy integrated syndrome serum immunoglobulins and complement to car y on the research analysis.Methods 50 patients with nephropathy were randomly selected in our hospital to accept the diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases of patients with comprehensive health personnel and to our hospital for health examination,divided into study group(patient group nephrotic syndrome)and control group(healthy control group),were measured in two groups of serum immunoglobulin,complement,and evaluate and contrast on the test results.Results The study group IgG(4.91+1.98)g/L,IgM(2.03+0.41)g/L,IgA(1.77+0.69)g/L compared to the control group(13.66+2.12)g/L,(1.47+0.13)g/L,(2.60+0.63)g/L,the dif erence of data with statistical significance(<0.05);research group C4(0.26+0.05)g/L compared to the control group(0.31+0.07)g/L,no significant dif erence(>0.05)data;research group C3(0.95+0.33)g/L compared to the control group(1.25+0.34)g/L significantly lower,the dif erence of data with statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion The patients with nephrotic syndrome in patients with the body part of serum immunoglobulin,complement levels important related clinical,clinical significance of detection of serum immunoglobulin and complement in nephrotic syndrome screening is very important.
