摘要
目的探讨甲亢合并甲癌的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析从2011年1月~2013年1月收治的并经外科手术治疗和病理证实的22例甲亢合并甲癌患者的临床资料。结果甲亢合并甲癌患者占同期甲亢手术患者的19.64%(22/112),占同期甲癌手术患者的1.56%(22/1411)。随访中未发现复发或转移病例。结论超声检查对于术前诊断有重要意义,甲亢合并甲癌的患者手术治疗效果良好,预后较好。
Objective To investigate hyperthyroidism and a cancer on the diagnosis and treatment.Methods To retrospectively analyze 22 cases patients of thyroid cancer with hyperthyroidism on clinical data who are treated by surgery and pathology confirmed from January 2011 to January 2013.Results Hyperthyroidism thyroid cancer patients who accounted for 19.64%(22/112)of the same period of hyperthyroidism surgery,accounting for 1.56%(22/1411)over the same period a cancer surgery patients.No recur ence or metastasis in fol ow-up found.Conclusion Ultrasonography for preoperative diagnosis is important,hyperthyroidism and thyroid cancer with surgical treatment are good,and the prognosis is good.
