摘要
目的探讨择期手术患者手术前应激反应的观察和分析。方法通过Zung编制的焦虑自评量表对患者的焦虑程度进行评定,比较各组患者同样的应激因素对不同的个体引起的不同反应。结果各组手术患者在手术前应激情况下都存在明显的心理问题,通过分析进行心理干预,可缓解心理压力,提高手术应激性。结论要重视手术患者手术前应激反应,解除患者对手术的恐惧和不安心理,减少手术后并发症,提高手术成功率。
Objective Research on the observation and analysis of the stress reaction of patients before the elective operation.Methods Evaluate the anxious intensity of operation patients through the anxiety self-assessment table.Results Every operation patient has obvious psychological problems under the stressful situation before the operation.Through analyzing,the psychological pressure can be relieved and the operation emergency can be improved by psychology intervening.Conclusion The analyzing of the stress reaction of patients before the operation can help remove patients'fear of operation and anxiety,reduce complication before the operation,and improve the success rate of the operation.
