摘要
目的探讨封闭负压吸引装置在烧伤整形科中的应用价值。方法对20例烧伤患者采用封闭式负压吸引装置治疗治天后在创面上行二期植皮或植皮后予以封闭式负压吸引技术。结果治疗后创面清洁,面积较前明显缩小肉芽新鲜,植皮均一次性成功,皮片成活良好。结论封闭负压吸引结合清创治疗促进坏死组织的不断排出,促进了肉芽组织生长,促进了创面愈合,缩短了手术准备时间,减轻了医生负担及患者的痛苦。
Objective To explore the application value of the closed negative pressure suction device in the Department of burn and plastic surgery.Methods The closed negative pressure treatment days be closed negative pressure suction technology in wound up two skin or skin grafting after suction device of 20 cases of burn patients.Results The cleaning wound treatment,significantly reduce the area of granulation of fresh,skin grafts were successful y,skin grafts survived wel.Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage combined with debridement and promote continuous discharge of necrotic tissue,promoting the growth of granulation tissue,promote wound healing,shorten the operation time,reduce the burden of doctors and patients pain.
