摘要
目的:观察布拉氏酵母菌(亿活)在婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)中的预防和治疗作用,并比较其与双歧三联活菌散(培菲康)的防治效果。方法选择520例因呼吸道感染使用抗生素的婴幼儿病例,随机分为亿活预防组、亿活治疗组、培菲康组及对照组,分别观察各组出现腹泻时抗生素的应用时间,以及出现腹泻后好转时间、治愈时间、腹泻程度等,比较各组疗效。结果亿活预防组AAD发生率明显低于其他三组(<0.01),出现AAD时抗生素使用时间亿活预防组与其他三组相比明显延长(<0.01),而其他三组间比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05);腹泻缓解时间以亿活预防组为最短,而亿活治疗组与培菲康组相似(>0.05),但均较对照组明显缩短(<0.01)。各组腹泻程度比较无统计学意义。结论亿活及培菲康均可明显降低婴幼儿发生AAD的风险,对AAD的治疗效果均较好,但以亿活效果更。
Objective To observe the function of Saccharomyces boulardi(Bioflor)on preventing and curing antibiotic-associated diar hea in infant,and to compare it with Bifico(Pei Feikang).Methods 520 infant cases using antibiotics for respiratory infection,were randomly divided into Bioflor prevention group,Bioflor treatment group,Bifico group and control group,observing the time of using antibiotics before diar hea,and the Improving time,recovery time,severity of diar hea,and comparing the curative ef ect of each group.Results The incidence rate of AAD in Bioflor prevention group was significantly lower than the other three groups(<0.01),the time of using antibiotics before AAD in Bioflor prevention group was significantly prolonged comparing with the other three groups(<0.01),while the other three groups had no significant dif erence(>0.05);diar hea remission time of Bioflor prevention group was the shortest,and there was no dif erence between Bioflor treatment group and Bifico group(>0.05),but the time of the two groups were significantly shorter than the control group(<0.01).There was no significant dif erence among four groups in the severity of diar hea.Conclusion Bioflor and Bifico can significantly reduce the risk of infant AAD,and can treat AAD wel,but the Bioflor are bet er.
