摘要
目的:对精神科住院患者拒绝输液的原因进行分析,并提出有效的护理对策。方法从患者、护理人员及客观环境三个方面对住院精神病患者拒绝输液的原因进行分析,并提出合理的护理对策。结果有针对性的采取不同的护理措施,可以减少拒绝输液的发生。结论通过合理的护理可以减少拒绝输液的发生率。
Objective The psychiatric inpatients to analysis infusion causes,and put forward theef ective nursing countermeasures.Methods From the patients,the nursing staf and the objective environment three aspects to analyze the reasons to infusion of hospitalized psychiatric patients,and put forward reasonable nursing measures.Results The nursing measures of dif erent sex,can reduce the occur ence of rejectioninfusion.Conclusion Through the reasonable care can reduce the incidence of rejection infusion.
