PBL教学法在心内科临床见习中的应用

摘要 目的为加强培养医学生的临床思维能力,探索PBL(Problem-based Learning)方法在临床见习中应用效果。方法应用PBL方法进行心内科的临床见习。结果教师评估医学生的分析问题、解决问题、临床思维、临床技能等能力,医学生通过问卷调查对应用PBL方法教学见习进行评价,均获得良好效果。结论 PBL教学法在临床见习中的应用更有利于医学生临床思维能力的培养。 Objective To strengthen the training of medical students'clinical thinking ability,we explore the application of PBL(Problem-based Learning)teaching methodology in clinical internship and assess its effect.Methods We applied PBL teaching methodology in clinical internship of cardiovascular department.Results The teacher evaluated the medical students'problem analysis ability,problem solving ability,clinical thinking ability and clinical skills.Medical students evaluated clinical internship with PBL teaching methodology through the questionnaire.Conclusion The application of PBL teaching methodology in clinical internship can more benefit the training of medical students'thinking ability.
