摘要
目的 探讨综合护理对骨折术后疼痛的影响.方法 回顾性分析我科2014年6月~2016年4月收治的100例不同类型骨折患者,采用不同手术方法治疗,并在围手术期采用综合护理干预和常规护理,比较其对疼痛的改善作用.结果 综合护理组术后1 d、3 d及1w VAS评分均低于常规护理组(<0.05);综合护理组疼痛消失时间、首次下地时间短于于常规护理组(<0.05).结论 综合护理干预可有效缓解骨折患者疼痛感,缩短康复时间,具有广阔的应用前景.
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain of fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis in our department from June 2014 to 2016 years 4 months from 100 patients with different types of fractures in patients with,treated with different surgical methods,and in the peri operative period by comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing,compare the pain to improve.Results After 1 days,3 days and 1 weeks after operation,the VAS scores were lower than those of the routine nursing group(<0.05).The pain relief time of the comprehensive nursing group was shorter than that of the conventional nursing group(<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the pain of fracture patients,shorten the recovery time,and has broad application prospects.
