摘要
目的:观察急性阑尾炎诊断治疗中腹部CT的应用价值.方法:以2016年4月-2018年10月本院接诊的疑似急性阑尾炎病患100例为研究对象,对所选病例都施以腹部CT检查和手术治疗.分析本组100例病患腹部CT检查的结果,计算诊断准确率,并评估其临床治疗的效果.结果:本组100例病患腹部CT诊断的准确率为96.0%,阴性阑尾切除率为5.0%.100例患者都接受手术治疗,术后随访发现,有6例发生肠梗阻等并发症,且经针对性治疗后获得痊愈.本组的总体治疗效果较为理想.结论:于急性阑尾炎的临床诊断以及治疗工作中积极采用腹部CT检查法,可显著提高其病情诊断的准确率,并能为患者治疗方案的制定以及疗效判断提供重要指导,建议采纳.
Objective:To observe the value of abdominal CT in the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods:100 patients with suspected acute appendicitis admitted from April 201 6 to October 201 8 were examined by abdominal CT and operated on.The results of abdominal CT examination in 100 patients were analyzed,the diagnostic accuracy was calculated and the effect of clinical treatment was evaluated.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of abdominal CT was 96.0.and the rate of appendectomy was 5.O%.The complications,such as intestinal obstruction,were cured after targeted treatment.The overall therapeutic effect of this group was satisfactory.Conclusion:The positive use of abdominal CT in the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of the disease,and can provide important guidance for the formulation of treatment plan and the judgment of curative effect.
