摘要
目的:总结住院药房中精细化管理的应用效果.方法:根据我院住院药房实际情况制定精细化管理方案并严格落实,比较实施精细化管理后工作效率.结果:与管理前相比,管理后住院药房的人均调剂量、单方调剂时间、患者候药调剂时间明显改善,P<0.05.结论:住院药房实施精细化管理可提升工作效率.
Objective:to summarize the application effect of refined management in inpatient pharmacy.Methods:according to the actual situation of the inpatient pharmacy in our hospital,the refined management plan was made and strictly implemented,and the work efficiency after the implementation of refined management was compared.Results:compared with the pre—management,the per capita dosage,prescription time,and patients7 waiting time of inpatient dispensary were significantly improved after management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of refined management in inpatient pharmacy can improve work efficiency.
