摘要
高血压是导致心脑血管发病的主要因素,并发症包括:心肌梗死、脑卒中、心力衰竭等。有效地预防血压水平,可减少患脑卒中、心脏病等发病概率;有效地控制高血压,患者生存质量可以显著改善。多年来笔者采用中西结合用药治疗老年高血压,收到了较好的临床效果。中医认为高血压导致人体气化升降失常、阴阳失调;高血压病变在肝,病源在肾。治疗上多采用“滋养肝肾,清肝泻火,养阴通利”的治疗原则。
High blood pressure is the main factor that cause disease of heart head blood-vessel,complications,stroke,heart failure,etc.Effectively prevent blood pressure levels;Can efectively control high blood pressure,patients quality of life improved signifcantly.Over the years,the author USES the combination of Chinese and westem medicine treatment of senile hypertension,eceived a good clinical effect.TCM holds that hypertension leads to human body gasification lift disorder.
