摘要
目的:探讨糖皮质激素治疗内分泌疾病的临床效果。方法选取2011年12月至2013年12月在我院接受内分泌疾病治疗的患者31例为研究对象,针对患者不同的疾病类型给予不同的糖皮质激素治疗,分析患者的临床资料与临床效果。结果针对不同的疾病类型应该给予不同的糖皮质激素种类和剂量进行治疗,参加本次实验研究的31例患者中,患者经过糖皮质激素的针对性治疗,所有患者的临床症状均有一定的改善。结论在对内分泌疾病患者实施治疗的过程中,应用糖皮质激素可以替代治疗,同时其强大的抗炎性能和免疫作用也具有显著的效果,值得在临床上扩大范围应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of endocrine disease.Methods A total of 31 patients with endocrine disease who received treatment in our hospital between December 2011 to December 2013 were selected as the observation subjects,and the patients received different glucocorticoid treatment according to the types of disease.The clinical information of the patients and the clinical effect were analyzed.Results The patients with different types of disease should received glucocorticoid treatment with different types and doses.The clinical symptoms of all the 31 patients in this study were improved to a certain extent after target treatment of glucocorticoid.Conclusions During the treatment on the patients with endocrine disease,glucocorticoid can be used as replacement therapy,and the powerful anti inflammatory and immunization of glucocorticoid has significant effect,which is worthy for wide application in clinic.
