摘要
目的:建立藏药秦紫消癖丸的质量标准.方法:采用显微鉴别法对秦艽花、 塞北紫堇进行鉴别;薄层色谱法对制剂中秦艽花、 塞北紫堇进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中龙胆苦苷、 獐牙菜苷进行含量测定,色谱柱为X-Bridge C18柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%甲酸水(22:78);流速1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长为245 nm.结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;龙胆苦苷、 獐牙菜苷分别在质量浓度24.2950~194.3600μg/mL(r=0.9997)、6.6950~53.5600μg/mL(r=0.9997)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为100.04%(RSD=1.52%),100.02%(RSD=2.59%).结论:研究建立的方法稳定性、 重复性好,可用于秦紫消癖丸的质量控制.
Objective To establish a quality control method for Tibetan medicine Qinzixiaopi pill(Flos Gentiana straminea、Corydalis impartiens、Myricaria germanica、Malva verticillata、Potentilla fruticosa).Methods Microscopic identification method was used to identify the traits of Gentiana straminea and Corydalis impartiens.TLC was applied to the qualitative identification of Gentiana straminea and Corydalis impartiens.HPLC determination of gentiopicroside and sweroside was carried out on X-Bridge C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with a mobile phase methanol-0.4%formic acid(22∶78)at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 245nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Result Microscopic identification can identify the Gentiana straminea and Corydalis impartiens.TLC spots are clear,good resolution without interference.Gentiopicroside and sweroside have good linear relationship with the range of 24.2950~194.3600μg/mL(r=0.9997)、6.6950~53.5600μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)respectively,the average recovery was 100.04%(RSD=1.52%,n=6)、100.02%(RSD=2.59%,n=6).Conclusion The method is reliable with good stability and good repeatability,and can be used for quality control of Qinzi Xiaopi Pill.
